I was having issues with my car after the hurricane due to water damage. I couldn't find a car rental anywhere I was taking my life in my hands every time I pulled out on the road in my car because it would just shut off at any time. I was really in a situation where I didn't have any way to get to work and back I took my car to Frank's Car Care oh my goodness what a great experience. Joe took care of my car gave me a car to drive while he worked on my car he was absolutely wonderful. He charged a fair price and dealt with my insurance company and then again yesterday I had an issue with air pressure in my tires, and I just pulled in unexpectedly yesterday morning early and he helped me fix everything no charge thank you so much Joe I appreciate you.

I've been to Frank's 2 times and the service has been outstanding. I came upon them by searching for Jasper engine installer's and Frank's came up. To be a Jasper engine installer you have to have pretty skilled mechanics (Technicians). I would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone who needs work done to their vehicle. I needed an oil change but also had a slow leak in my rear driver's side tire. Joe called me to discuss the repair, told me I needed new air and cabin filters and was very professional. He came out to greet me when I picked up my car. Very impressed with this shop. Will highly recommend and return for my next scheduled maintenance.

BEST PLACE IN TOWN. Professional employees yet atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. Prices are affordable. Owner, Joe, is extremely knowledgeable as well as his mechanics. No upselling pressure there. Give them a call for fast, reasonably priced auto care.
